In her petition, Rhea has stated that Sushant’s father is falsely implicating her and she has also refuted all the allegations levelled against her by Sushant’s family. “The Petitioner is an actress and is into acting since 2012. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case filed at the instance of Krishna Kishore Singh-father of the deceased,” reads a part of Rhea’s petition.

Citing the reason why she wants the case to be transferred to Mumbai police, Rhea in her petition wrote, “In Bihar, there cannot be an impartial investigation and thereby she seeks transfer of probe in the FIR registered in Bihar to Mumbai.”

Rhea also shared a video saying that she has full faith in the judiciary and that truth shall prevail soon.
