As per a report in Hindustan Times, Alka Priya had filed a petition demanding CBI probe in Sushant’s death. However, a three-bench judge headed by Chief Justice of India SA Bobde has dismissed the plea. News agency ANI tweeted, “Supreme Court refuses to entertain a PIL seeking Central Bureau of Investigation probe into Bollywood actor #SushantSinghRajput‘s death case.”

Alka Priya had stated that Sushant was a good person responding to which the bench said, “We are not on whether the person was good or bad. The matter is being investigated by Mumbai Police. We are dismissing it.”

Meanwhile, Sushant’s family has filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide. They have levelled several allegations on Rhea and her family. A team of Bihar police has reached Mumbai for investigation on the basis of the allegations of Sushant’s family. They are also going to investigate Sushant’s ex-manager Disha Salian’s suicide case to see if these two cases have any connection.

Whereas Rhea has filed a petition in Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to Mumbai police.
