Sushant Singh Rajput to head to NASA to understand life of astronauts

Sushant Singh Rajput‘s next ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’ features him as an astronaut. We earlier reported how Sushant was learning to ride a flight simulator as a part of his training. This time, the preparation goes a few notches higher as the actor will now head to NASA for an enhanced training.

Director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan has already arranged quite lot of stuff for his lead actor. All he now wants Sushant is to gulp them down!

“I am playing an astronaut in the film and I just finished training on a simulator this week. Sanjay (director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan) has given me around 15 books and eight documentaries, including For All Mankind (1989) that documents National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Apollo mission, to understand the life of astronauts. Sanjay has contacts in NASA. I will spend almost a month with them to understand an astronaut’s body language and mindset. Sanjay has already given a uniform with a badge. I wear it almost every day. I can’t wait to work on the film,” the actor says.

The method actor puts last bit of efforts to get into the skin of his character. His last flick ‘MS Dhoni : The Untold Story’ saw a piece of that excellence. We’re sure this one is going to be a treat as well!
