Sushant Singh Rajput takes lift from stranger, gets trolled for not wearing helmet

Sushant Singh Rajput, whose latest film ‘Sonchiriya’ released this Friday, was walking around Bandra (Mumbai) when he opted to take a lift from a stranger. A couple of pictures of Sushant Singh along with an unknown person on a scooter are doing the rounds on social media. Taking to Instagram, some people appreciated the ‘Kedarnath’ actor for his humility, whereas some chose to troll him for not wearing a helmet.

Sushant’s fan on social media seems to be more concern about his safety. As soon as the actor’s photos were uploaded on the internet, netizens started questioning. A user on Instagram wrote,  “Where is the helmet?,” others commented, “suggested him a Helmet inst of lift.”

Sushant’s latest film ‘Sonchiriya’ features Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana in significant roles. Looking at the box office statistics, it seems like the film may not make its mark at the box office.

‘Sonchiriya’ is produced by Ronnie Screwvala while its story is written jointly by Abhishek Chaubey and Sudip Sharma. Filmmaker and music composer, Vishal Bharadwaj has given music to the film. The film tanked at the box-office on Saturday as it collected merely Rs 1.50 crore. The growth from Friday, when the film had minted Rs 1.20 crore, is almost negligible. In two days, the film has only earned Rs 2.70 crores (approx).

The actor had only one release last year, i.e ‘Kedarnath’ with Sara Ali Khan. However, Sushant has films like ‘Rifleman’, ‘Drive’, ‘Dil Bechara’ and ‘Chhichhore’ lined up for release this year.
