Sushant Singh Rajput’s M S Dhoni biopic postponed

The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer biopic on M. S Dhoni that was launched with a bang, has been postponed. The movie was to release on Dussehra this year but will now release sometime in 2016. Apparently the reason behind the delay is Karan Johar’s ‘Shaandaar’. The makers do not want to clash with the Shahid Kapoor Alia Bhatt starrer, that is releasing this Dussehra.

Neeraj Pandeys biopic that was to go on floors this month, has been delayed so the makers will be able to release the movie sometimes next year. The makers have done a lot of research to lend authenticity to the biopic. Not only the makers but the lead actor Sushant Singh Rajput too has put in a lot of effort.

He was spotted many a time intently watching Dhoni on field. He had grown his hair long like Dhoni and also used to watch cricket matches to understand and learn Dhoni’s body language perfectly.
