Sushmita Sen gives out boss lady vibes as she announces starting shoot for Aarya 3 with a special teaser

Sushmita Sen has been a force in Indian showbiz for the better part of the last 3 decades. The Miss Universe 1994 made a name for herself in Bollywood after winning the coveted title at the mere age of 18. A few years ago, she started a new stint in her career by foraying into the OTT world. Sushmita Sen received immense success as the eponymous character Aarya in the web series. Now, she is set to return with its third season.

Sushmita Sen starts shooting for Aarya 3

Taking to Instagram, Sushmita shared a teaser video in collaboration with Disney Plus Hotstar to announce the start of shoot for Aarya 3. The video sees the actress oozing out boss lady vibes as she sits on the pool side with shades on. She is seen smoking a cigar and loading a gun as she looks a complete badass in her demeanor, just like her character in the show. Sushmita is also seen donning a new straight hairstyle and it seems to be suiting her a lot.

Sushmita had recently received a heartfelt tribute at this year’s Miss Universe pageant by the outgoing titleholder, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu. The 3rd Miss Universe from India had donned a gown featuring Sushmita and Lara Dutta from their winning moment at the MU. During one of her Instagram lives, the actress had shared that she loved the gesture by Harnaaz. She also said that she is waiting to give her a warm hug in person once they meet. As for her work, apart from Aarya 3, Sushmita will be seen playing transgender activist, Gauri Sawant, in her biopic titled Taali. The actress had shared her look from the film in October last year.
