Here’s what Sushmita Sen has said about Nora Fatehi’s version of ‘Dilbar’

As of 25th August 2018, Nora Fatehi’s ‘Dilbar’ has crossed 178 million views (350 million+ across YouTube) and surpassed all expectations. In the song, Nora Fatehi has displayed her belly dancing moves, which are extremely impressive to say the least.

Sushmita Sen (the original ‘Dilbar’ girl) reacted to the video yesterday. In an interview at Lakme Fashion Week, she said, “Nora was absolutely fantastic in it and my favourite part of this song are the first two lines, which they added (in the revamped version) and is very well done. The remix is also very well done. Nora has absolutely killed it but I still like the original version more.”

Sushmita Sen has not been seen in any movies for a long time now, but she is likely to announce two new projects soon.

Nora Fatehi, who is still riding on the success of the song, and has reportedly hiked her fees, credited her success to Helenji‘s blessings. In an interview with DNA, she said, “Helenji has truly blessed me! She gave me her blessings the first time I met her during Salman’s (Khan) birthday party in December. I had a long chat with her about my career goals and she put her hand on my head and said ‘I’m giving you blessings and I want all the doors to open up for you. You will do very well in your career.”

We hope Nora Fatehi achieves greater heights with her future projects.
