Did Sussanne Khan take a sly dig at Kareena Kapoor Khan by praising Narayan Murthy?

Recently, an old clip of Indian businessman Narayan Murthy did rounds on the internet. In the clip, he was seen sharing his experience of a flight journey which also had Kareena Kapoor on board. He recalled how the actress was unwelcoming to her fans and now Sussanne Khan has reacted to it, making the netizens wonder if she has taken a sly dig at Kareena Kapoor.

Narayan Murthy slams Kareena Kapoor

In the old video that surfaced, Narayan is seen recalling that while on the flight, Kareena wasn’t reacting to any of the fans coming to say hi to her. He said, “The other day I was coming from London, and next to me was Kareena Kapoor, sitting in her seat. So many people came to her and they said hello. She didn’t even bother to react. I was a little bit surprised. Whoever came to me, I stood up, and we discussed for a minute or half a minute-that’s all they were expecting.”

The businessman’s wife, Sudha Murthy can be seen jumping in to defend the actress. She asserts that Kareena could have been tired and an actor has millions of admirers, a businessman’s are not even close to it. However, Narayan negated it saying, “That is not the issue. The issue is that when somebody shows affection, you can also show it back, however cryptic manner you can. I think that is very important. These are all ways to reduce your ego, that’s all.”

Sussanne Khan reacts to Kareena Kapoor Khan’s criticism

This video was put up by an entertainment portal on the social media page. Taking to their comments section, Sussanne Khan praised Narayan for what he said. She wrote, “Well said Mr Murthy,” along with 3 clap emojis. The netizens were soon to take notice of it and deduced that it might be a dig at Kareena by Sussanne.

For the unversed, Sussanne was earlier married to actor Hrithik Roshan. During their marriage, Hrithik and Kareena worked together on many films, starting from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. However, post the film, there were rumours of an affair brewing between the two actors. While the rumour mills were abuzz, the actors denied of any such developments. Now, Kareena is happily married to Saif Ali Khan and has 2 kids with him. As for Sussanne and Hrithik, after their divorce, they remain on good terms and often hang out together. While Hrithik is dating Saba Azad, Sussanne is with Arslan Goni.
