Swara Bhasker takes a dig at Kangana Ranaut after AIIMS report rules out murder theory in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) recently in their report to CBI ruled out murder theory in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. AIIMS report confirmed that the late actor died by suicide. In one of her interviews, Kangana had said that she would return her awards if she is unable to prove the claims she made about Sushant’s death.

Now that AIIMS report has made it clear that Sushant died by suicide, Swara took a not-so-subtle dig at Kangana by tweeting how ‘some people’ were going to return their awards if proven wrong.

Previously, in her interview with Republic TV, Kangana had claimed that Sushant was ‘murdered by the movie mafia’. “They (Mumbai Police) summoned me, and I asked them too, that I’m in Manali, that you can send somebody to take my statement, but I have not received anything after that. I am telling you, if I have said anything, which I can’t testify, which I can’t prove, and which is not in the public domain, I will return my Padma Shri,” Kangana had told the channel.

Now taking a dig at Kangana, Swara tweeted, “Hey! Now that both CBI and AIIMS have concluded that #SushantSinghRajput tragically died by suicide… weren’t some people going to return their government bestowed awards???”. Though Swara didn’t name Kangana in her tweet, however it’s quite obvious whom she was targeting at.
