Watch: Swara Bhasker’s reaction on trolling will leave you shocked

Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker is one performer, who likes to speak her mind and believes in calling a spade a spade. Swara has always taken on societal norms and is a proud and staunch feminist. The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress also has strong political views and likes to air them publically.

Now, Swara Bhasker was present at a promotional event and talked about social media and trolling. Swara was asked about her take on trolling and she said, “I don’t apologise about anything. Because I don’t speak without thinking in public. Trolling is now part of the world when you are a public personality and actually it is part of social media.”

Swara has hit the nail on the head and also said that for her vibrator scene (‘Veere Di Wedding’), she was mercilessly trolled. The ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress doesn’t mince her words at all. And it is quite refreshing when someone from the Hindi film industry doesn’t beat around the bush.

Social media has its advantages but it can become counterproductive if you are not careful. Meanwhile, on the work front, Swara was last seen in ‘Veere Di Wedding’. This film was about women living their lives on their own terms and also starred Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor.
