‘Womaniya’ song : Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar celebrate womanhood in this peppy song

Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar will make you groove to the beats of their song ‘Womaniya’ from their film ‘Saand Ki Aankh‘. In the song, we see both of them celebrating womanhood and shows the world what women are made of.

Crooned by Vishal Dadlani and Vishal Mishra, ‘Womaniya’ is penned by Raj Shekhar. Whereas Vishal Mishra has composed it. Both Bhumi and Taapsee are dancing like there’s no tomorrow in this quirky track. Though the song is decent and both the actresses are looking amazing in their rustic avatar, I wonder why male singers were chosen to sing a song that celebrates womanhood? Female singers would have done wonders, don’t you think?

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ is based on the lives of the world’s oldest sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar. Taapsee and Bhumi will be playing these sharpshooters in this biographical film.

The film also stars Prakash Jha and Viineet Kumar Singh in a pivotal role. ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ will hit the marquee on October 25.
