Almost every actress in Bollywood dreams of working in a typical Yash Chopra or Karan Johar film in which running behind the trees, wearing chiffon sarees in snow-capped mountains and looking pretty are the only necessary requirements. However, not all the actress harbours such dreams. Yes, you read that right. Because now we are blessed with actresses who really want to push the envelope and prove their mettle rather than be just known for their looks or fashion sense.
One such actress is none other than Taapsee Pannu who recently shared pictures of her bruises from the sets of her upcoming film ‘Game Over’. The ‘Badla’ actress captioned the pictures as, “Yes yes, chiffon sarees in snow-capped mountains for 25 days would’ve been tougher… so I choose all this #GameOver #ActorsLife”
‘Game Over‘ marks the return of Taapsee to Kollywood after three years. In this Tamil-Telugu film helmed by Ashwin Saravanan, Taapsee will be seen as a wheelchair-bound person who is trying to defend her house from a mysterious entity.

Now coming back to the actress’ post, it lead to her fans questioning about her health. There were also some fans who praised the actress for her bold choices and deviating from the norms. Some of them even expressed their concern over her bruised hand.
Unlike the popular notion that actresses in Bollywood are only meant to be an eye-candy, our Taapsee is showing them all what a real actor’s life and struggle looks like.
