Taapsee Pannu’s grandmother passes away; actress shares a heartfelt note

Taapsee Pannu‘s paternal grandmother has passed away. The ‘Thappad’ actress took to social media to mourn the death of her Biji (grandmother). The cause of her Biji’s death is yet not made public.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Taapsee shared a picture from a Gurudwara where garlands are seen covering her late grandmother’s photo. Alongside the picture, mourning the death of her grandmother, Taapsee wrote, “The last of that generation in the family leaves us with a void that will stay forever…. Biji ❤️(sic).”

As soon as Taapsee shared the above post, her ‘Manmarziyaan’ co-star Abhishek Bachchan left a heart emoji in the comment section. Even the actress’ ‘Thappad’ co-star Pavail Gulati reacted to her post with a heart emoji.

Details of Taapsee’s grandmother’s death are not known yet. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the actress and her family.
