Taapsee Pannu was totally disheartened when her name was dropped from ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ remake. In an interview to Mumbai Mirror, Taapse said she was removed at the final stage of negotiations and the makers ‘suddenly vanished’. She even alleged that the makers moved her dates without even informing her and later she found out about the development from others. Later on, the makers of the remake issued a statement questioning the actress’ claim. In the statement, they said that they were just in talks with her but she was never finalised for their movie.
Today taking to her Instagram handle, the ‘Pink’ actress expressed her current emotions. In the post, Taapsee wrote ‘It’s going to be a long nasty battle ahead’. Well, though Taapsee has not revealed much about her ‘nasty battle’ but perhaps she was hinting at her name being dropped out from ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ remake.

Interestingly replying to Taapsee’s post, actress Jacqueline commented saying, “Happens to the best of us.”
From the post, we can sense Taapsee’s plight of being ousted at the last moment. We know she is a strong and determined person and will show her versatility with her works.
Bhumi Pednekar has replaced Taapsee and now she will be seen opposite Kartik Aaryan in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ remake. Whereas the ‘Manmarziyaan’ actress will be seen in ‘Badla’ that also stars Amitabh Bachchan.
