Here’s what Taapsee Pannu found most interesting in ‘Badla’

Actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to play a businesswoman in the upcoming crime thriller ‘Badla’. Recently, she has expressed her excitement about playing the character in the upcoming release that is being directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The movie has Taapsee collaborating once again with her ‘Pink’ co-star Amitabh Bachchan.

Taapsee said, “I play a businesswoman who is strong headed. Not like I have not played such roles before, but this one character had a different shade to it as well, which I hadn’t come across earlier. Hence, I found that very challenging“.

The film, that marks the debut of talented Malayalam actor Tony Luke,  has Amitabh Bachchan playing the role of a high-profile lawyer.

Ever since the first look and the trailer of the film featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu was out, fans cannot wait for the film to release. The makers of this crime-thriller too are leaving no stone unturned to entertain the audiences! From a thrilling trailer to mysterious posters, they are constantly generating curiosity amongst the audience.

Recently, the makers of ‘Badla’ have surprised the audiences with a teaser of Badla Unplugged – a series of witty conversations between the two legendary actors – Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.

‘Badla’ is presented by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment. The crime thriller is slated to release on 8th March 2019.
