Taapsee Pannu wishes her husband Mathias Boe to plan a better birthday celebration next year as she cuts the cake with him- WATCH

Actor Taapsee Pannu celebrated her birthday on August 1 in Paris with her sister Shagun Pannu and husband Mathias Boe. However, given that it is her first birthday post her wedding to Mathias, one would expect a lavish birthday celebration. However, it was different this time. Recently, Taapsee took to her Instagram stories and shared a video of her low-key birthday celebration. However, while cutting the cake, she wished for a better celebration next year.

In the video, she was seen cutting her birthday cake that was organised by Mathias and her sister Shagun Pannu. While Shagun was recording the video, Mathias explained to Taapsee that this was the best he could do with the given bandwidth in Paris. Furthermore, the Naam Shabana actor pointed out that he got her birth year wrong in the birthday message. To which, Shagun told her not to get into the technicalities.

Sharing the video, Taapsee captioned, “If not start, the end of the day can be with a cake.”

Taapsee then pretended to blow out her birthday candles and made a wish, “Paaji inko please next time thoda planning karne ka mauka dena mere birthday ka” (God, please give him a chance to plan my birthday better next time). And Mathias pretended to scream in joy as Shagun began singing the birthday song. Taapsee happily cuts the cake amidst this sweet banter.

Taapsee is now gearing up for the release of Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba where she is reuniting with Vikrant Massey. The movie also stars Sunny Kaushal and is scheduled to release on 9th August on Netflix. She also has Khel Khel Mein on August 15.
