Taapsee reveals her character’s name, from her next film ‘Mulk’

Basking in the success of her last release ‘Judwaa 2’, Taapsee Pannu is on cloud nine these days. She gifted a swanky new car to herself and also went on a holiday to reboot. After this, she is all geared up for her next film, titled ‘Mulk’.

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Taapsee will be sharing the screen space with veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, for the first time, in this film. Apparently she would be essaying the role of his daughter-in-law in this one. We have recently learnt that she has begun shooting for the same as she posted a picture on social media revealing the name of her character in this film. Her character name is Aarti. However, she did not divulge more details about her character.

In the picture shared, she seems to be in her vanity van, reading her lines and getting ready for the shoot.

Taapsee has been a part of many intense dramas like ‘PINK’ and ‘Naam Shabana’. Though her last film ‘Judwaa 2’ was a lighthearted film, audiences want to see her doing more content-driven characters and ‘Mulk’ looks to be one.
