Taher Shabbir marries Akshita Gandhi; shares stunning pics from his Covid wedding

When you have found your soulmate then nothing can stop you from being with them. Yeah, not even Coronavirus. Handsome hunk Taher Shabbir recently got married to the love of his life Akshita Gandhi. The ‘Naam Shabana’ actor treated his fans to some really beautiful pictures from his Covid wedding.

Taher shared a few stunning glimpses from his wedding on his Instagram handle. Summing their wonderful love story in his post, the actor wrote, “Shams, the heretic, the wanderer, wandered and wandered for the enlightened one and finally he met Rumi. And she said yes. And then there was forever ❤️ #taksy #rumiandshams #drumrolls (sic).”

Wearing a lovely embellished red and white sherwani, Taher looked handsome as usual, whereas his bride Akshita looked amazing in a green-golden saree.

The couple got engaged August 18, 2020 and the actor sharing a few pictures from the ceremony had captioned it as, “Anddddd She said Yes ? #RumiShams #letthejourneybegin @iamakshitagandhi (sic)”

We wish the lovely couple a blissful life ahead. On the work front, Taher was last seen in the show ‘Bepannaah’. He also featured in films like ‘Fan’, ‘Naam Shabana’, ‘Kurbaan’ and ‘Guilty’ to name a few.

He will be next seen in ‘Iti – Can You Solve Your Own Murder’. Talking about bagging a role in this Mandiraa Entertainment film, Taher had said, “Being part of a mystery thriller has always been one of my dreams. I’m so glad that this early in my career, I get to play such an interesting character in a concept-driven, unique thriller.
