Tahira Kashyap shares her ‘Bald and Beautiful’ pictures, creating breast cancer awareness

Last year, we came across news of several Bollywood celebs suffering from cancer. After Sonali Bendre, Irrfan Khan and several others, even Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife Tahira Kashyap shared the news of suffering from pre-invasive breast cancer on her Instagram handle. The couple stood by each other’s side as Tahira underwent treatment for the same.

Just a few days back, Tahira had shared a video in which she expressed her happiness over her last and final chemotherapy. And today, much to everyone’s surprise, she shared her ‘Bald and Beautiful’ pictures on the photo-sharing site. Tahira expressed how liberating it is to get rid of the extensions as she doesn’t have to duck while taking a shower.

Tahira also wrote that she had never imagined going bald in her life ever but now she is feeling good and couldn’t wait to share her pictures. You can check Tahira’s post below:

We are so proud of this woman and also thankful to her for sharing the journey of her cancer battle and thereby inspiring everyone out there.

On the work front, Tahira is gearing up to direct her first feature film which will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Tanuj Garg and Atul Kasbekar.
