Taimur Ali Khan gets an unusual yet cute nickname from Kareena Kapoor Khan

A few days ago, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan returned to the sets for a promotional shoot. After the birth of her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan, Bollywood’s new mommy has been in the news for various reasons. Be it her shedding the extra kilos of weight post pregnancy or the flak that her son Taimur received on reportedly being named after a violent ruler as claimed by a certain section of the society. But there’s this latest report about Taimur which is just as sweet and adorable as him.

According to a report in a leading daily, Kareena refers Taimur as “Little John”. Certainly, we were as surprised as the fans of this actress and her husband Saif Ali Khan, over where this name came from or what is the reference behind calling Taimur as “Little John”. But, some sources close to the family have revealed to this leading daily that Kareena calls him by this new and unique name only.

Talking about Taimur, Kareena had once said in an interview that, “I say it with a lot of pride that he (Taimur) is the most gorgeous child, not because he is mine, but because he is very good looking. Yes, he has the Pathan genes, but it’s also because I ate a lot of ghee.” [sic]

When it comes to films, Kareena Kapoor will next be seen in ‘Veerey Di Wedding’ which will start rolling in April this year. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
