OMG! Taimur calls papa Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Laal Kaptaan’ promos as “Maara-Maari Trailer”

Saif Ali Khan is gearing up for the release of his next ‘Laal Kaptaan’ which will hit the theatres tomorrow. After watching the film’s intriguing trailer the entire country is eagerly waiting for the movie’s release, but there is someone else who gets excited to watch the trailer of ‘Laal Kaptaan’ more than anything else. And it is none other than Saif’s cute little son Taimur Ali Khan.

In an interview with Zoom TV, Saif spoke about Taimur’s reaction to ‘Laal Kaptaan’ trailer.  “Taimur, shouldn’t be watching it but every night he says ‘show me Maara-Maari trailer.’ That day I thought it’s Tanaji [his another upcoming film] then he said that one… I said which one… he said Laal Kaptaan. And he loves the trailer. He watches it twice a day and I am sure it’s wrong parenting,” shared the ‘Omkara’ actor.

Interestingly, Saif also revealed that he was offered John Abraham starrer ‘Batla House’. “I was offered a film called ‘Batla House’. Of course it went on to become a huge success with John Abraham who did brilliant work in it.”

Saif also revealed that he was told ‘Oh good you didn’t do it, it was kind of anti-Muslim’. But the actor never thought that way about the film. He only thinks of the dramatic potential of the film and also his character. “Maybe I should pay attention to what effect it will have on the society,” said the actor.

Coming back to the film ‘Laal Kaptaan’ it also features Sonakshi Sinha, Manav Vij, Zoya Hussain, and Deepak Dobriyal. The movie is produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions and Navdeep Singh has directed it.
