Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer film ‘Tamasha’, directed by Imtiaz Ali was eagerly awaited; specially by those who have been fond of how Imtiaz Ali always executes emotions and catches their twisted, uncommon shades. However, Tamasha has received mixed reviews and isn’t doing very great at the box office.
In its first wee, the film has bagged an amount of 53.46 Cr. Having released in around 2100 theatres across the country, what majorly drew the audience to watch ‘Tamasha’ was the on-screen chemistry of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. However, since the release of ‘Hate Story 3’ on 4th of December, ‘Tamasha’ has been lagging behind and ‘Hate Story 3’ directed by Vishal Pandya is expected to beat Tamasha’s gross revenue.
