This Tamil superstar sacrificed a luxury hotel room for Ranveer Singh

Bollywood stars have often been spotted bonding big time with the stars from down South. For example, you can look at the bonding between Salman Khan and Venkatesh Daggubati, Akhil Akkineni and Ranveer Singh, Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan and Ranveer Singh and Mahesh Babu.

Ranveer Singh and Mahesh Babu had shot for a Thums Up commercial together and since then, they have been speaking highly of each other. Similarly, Tamil megastar Rajinikanth and Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan have always had mutual admiration for each other.

But, recently a Tamil superstar sacrificed his luxury hotel room for a Bollywood star and his humility left his fans in awe of him. Yes, the said incident took place in reality and the stars in question are Ajith and Ranveer Singh.

As per sources, Ranveer Singh was shooting in Hyderabad for his upcoming film ‘Simmba’ at a film city where Ajith too was shooting for his upcoming film ‘Viswasam’. And coincidentally, Ranveer was accommodated in the same hotel where Ajith was staying. Ajith was to wrap up that schedule of Viswasam and head to a different town. However, the director decided to extend the schedule for another day. The production house tried to extend the hotel room for Ajith, but the hotel staff had allocated the same suite to Ranveer who was to arrive the same day.

Sources added that upon learning about the matter, the Tamil superstar Ajith sacrificed the luxury room for Ranveer Singh and decided to stay in an executive class room in the same hotel.

We wonder if Ranveer Singh is aware of the fact but when the news hit social media, Ajith won over the hearts of his million fans with his down to earth attitude.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh’s ‘Simmba’ is being directed by Rohit Shetty, who is also co-producing the film with Karan Johar and his Dharma Productions. The film also stars Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan as the female lead. He also has ‘Takht’ and ’83’ in his kitty.
