Tanishaa Mukerji FINALLY breaks silence on wedding rumours, says she was ‘amused’

Kajol’s sister Tanishaa Mukerji is currently holidaying and has also been sharing stunning pictures from her beachy vacation, however, her recent pictures have sparked the wedding rumours. Fans also have been wondering if she had a secret wedding. In one of her pictures shared by her, she can be seen wearing plain silver toe rings on both her feet, which according to the Indian tradition are only worn by married women.

Now, the ‘Neal n Nikki’ actress has finally broken silence on the ongoing wedding rumours. Revealing that she was ‘amused,’ she told Hindustan Times, “I like wearing toe rings and I thought it looked good. That’s why, I took a picture and posted it. There’s nothing more to it. Do I need to justify my fashion sense to people?”

Further, she also spoke about her dream wedding and said: “My dream wedding keeps changing till I find the dream man to get married,” she quips, and adds, “I’m not breaking all the hearts yet. If and when I tie the knot, I will let the world know it. I’m not a quiet person. It’ll (the wedding) be a fanfare.”

Lastly, the former Bigg Boss contestant revealed that she is still single, “The whole world knows that I’m single. There’s no need to keep it ambiguous. And I’m happy being single,” concluded Mukerji.

Meanwhile, Tanishaa had tested positive for Covid-19 in November last year.

On the work front, the actress was last seen in the spy thriller film, ‘Code Name Abdul,’ which marked her comeback in the Bollywood industry. The film revolved around a secret mission given to RAW and it was theatrically released on 10 December 2021.
