‘Thappad’ actor Ankur Rathee gets engaged to girlfriend Anuja Joshi; check out his pic of proposal

Actor Ankur Rathee is known for his roles in the movie ‘Thappad’ and the Amazon Prime series ‘Four More Shots Please”. The actor recently got engaged as he popped the question to his longtime actress girlfriend Anuja Joshi. The actor shared the picture of his proposal on his Instagram and ever since then his fans have been going crazy.

Ankur took to his Instagram handle to share a beautiful picture of himself and his fiance Anuja as he shared the great news of his engagement with his fans and followers. In the picture, Ankur is seen wearing a pink suit, down on his one knee as he popped the question and Anuja who was every happy but equally surprised looked gorgeous in what looked like a blue silhouette dress. The caption read, “19 July 2020. ?(sic)”

In another post on his Instagram account, talking about his relationship Ankur wrote, “Distance makes the heart grow fonder, they say. Well, @anujabomajoshi and I have put that to the test many times in our relationship, including the 3 years we lived in different countries. While most of us tend to focus on the challenges of long-distance relationships, I also think it has its own perks. When you can’t rely on your partner’s physical presence or touch to stay connected, you are forced to communicate better, listen intently, argue respectfully, value her time, or attune to his emotional needs. You learn to love through creative gestures and express passion through words. You cherish every bit of kindness.(sic)”
