The adorable pair of Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt to team up once again?

The pairing of Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt is the most lovable on-screen couples for this current generation. Both debuted together in ‘Student of the Year,’ but it was their next romantic comedy ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ which truly showed the beautiful chemistry they share between them on-screen. This film turned out to be a huge blockbuster giving a good boost to its debutant director Shashank Khaitan. The writer-director is now all ready to start his next movie where he might team up once again with his ‘Humpty Sharma’ lead pair.

According to sources, Shashank has locked the script for his next movie. Following the success of his debut film the director approached Varun and Alia for this project as well. Last month he narrated the script to them and it seems that both have given their approval to work in it.

The project will be produced by Karan Johar and is expected to go on floors in the month of May with a release date planned in the month of January next year in 2017.

The protagonist’s character in the movie is a devotee of Lord Shiv, due to which the tentative title of it is kept as either ‘Shiv Ki Dulhania’ or ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania.’

It would be a delightful treat for all fans of Varun and Alia to see them back on the big-screen. Let’s wait and watch.
