The first poster of Kunal Kapoor-starrer ‘Raag Desh’ portrays the Indian army in full force

The first poster of National Award winning director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Raag Desh’ is out now. It shows Kunal Kapoor and Mohit Marwah as Indian army officers along with various other actors dressed as army men all set to fight a battle. Actor Anil Kapoor shared the poster on Twitter with the caption, “Representing the real heroes of our country! @mohitmarwah the poster of #RaagDesh looks inspiring! #IndianNationalArmy” [sic]

Quite interesting! Sonam Kapoor also shared the poster on her Instagram page with the caption, “I’m so excited for you @mohitmarwah this is gonna be brilliant!” Well, for the uninitiated, Mohit Marwah is the nephew of Anil Kapoor and cousin of Sonam Kapoor. Talking about the story, the movie is a period drama which is based on the Indian National Army setup by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and the war that was fought on the shores of Irrawaddy in Burma, to liberate our country. The movie is directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Gurdeep Singh Sappal. It will be releasing on July 28, 2017.
