The Liger Hunt Theme: Vijay Deverakonda packs a solid punch in teaser of the first song

A few days back makers of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger took to social media and announced a big update coming soon. They also unveiled a new poster. It left fans excited. Later, they released a clip of the theme song of Liger. Today, on the occasion of Vijay Deverakonda’s birthday, the makers finally unveiled the teaser of the song titled Liger Hunt. Sharing it, Dharma Productions wrote, “Today our #LIGER was born. And he was born to be a hunter – to be the king of the jungle! And today we start our Pan Indian hunt with the #LIGERHUNT!#HBDVijayDeverakonda(sic)”

Just before the release of the song, the Arjun Reddy actor shared a video where he has said that he has dedicated it to all his fierce fighters. The track has been composed by Vikram Montrose, crooned by Farhad Bhiwandiwala and penned by Shekhar Astitwa.

Earlier, Liger teaser was unveiled and it introduced Deverakonda’s character — a ‘slumdog’ from Mumbai–who rises to compete in an MMA championship in Las Vegas. He is seen as a ‘chaiwallah’ in the past and looks rowdy.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the movie also stars Ananya Panday as the female lead and former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. Tyson has a mighty role in the film and his part with Vijay Deverakonda will be one of the major highlights.

Liger is jointly produced by Puri connects and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Vishnu Sarma is handling the cinematography, and Kecha from Thailand has done the stunts. The pan-India movie is made in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. It is set to hit the silver screens worldwide on August 25, 2022.
