The ‘Rambo’ talk: Tiger Shroff gets overwhelmed as Sylvester Stallone lauds him

The last weekend was nothing less than a treat for all the fans of actor Tiger Shroff. The actor announced that he will be stepping into the shoes of veteran Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone in the official remake of ‘Rambo’. Along with this news, Tiger had also shared the first look poster of this action film which was quite impressive. What’s more? Original ‘Rambo’ Sylvester Stallone himself took to his Instagram page and wrote, “I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India !! .. Great character.. hope they don’t wreck it,” along with a poster from his film ‘Rambo’. [sic] 

Some thought that Sylvester was reprimanding Tiger and the makers of the remake, but the action star has cleared the air now. Sylvester shared Tiger’s ‘Rambo’ poster on his Instagram page, and wrote, “Some people like to read into words and twist them.. good luck Tiger , go fight the good fight, keep punching ,oh , for the Record , I love it when young artists get an opportunity to go for their dreams!” [sic] 

Further, he captioned the poster of Tiger’s ‘Rambo’ writing, “I actually get excited in my heart whenever young artists get an rare opportunity to reach for the stars! Eye of the Tiger! I am sure you will put all of your heart and soul into it…Never give up young man !” [sic]

Definitely, Tiger Shroff felt overwhelmed with this post coming from Sylvester and replied by saying, “There will always and only be ONE “eye of the tiger” for us cubs ? you rule the jungle! Thank you so much sir! @TheSlyStallone.” [sic]

Well, now with Sylvester’s blessings for Tiger, we simply can’t wait to see him in this action avatar of Rambo.

This remake project will be directed by Siddharth Anand and is slated to hit the screens in year 2018.
