Salman Khan’s poaching case that had been running since decades now has finally reached an ultimatum. The Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur has finally announced its verdict in the blackbuck and chinkara case. Salman Khan has been acquitted of the charges in the poaching case by the court. The court has stated that, “pellets were not fired from Salman Khan’s licensed gun.” So apparently, the driver of the jeep that had Salman in it has been missing from the scene. This has weakened the opposition’s case against the actor.
In case you are clueless about what had happened. In the year 1998, Khan and seven other people were accused of killing a chinkara and blackbuck in two separate incidents.
One animal was killed at Bhawad on the outskirts of Jodhpur on September 26, 1998 and the other animal was killed at Ghoda Farms on September 28, 1998.
