An actor, a director, a screenplay writer, a poet, a singer, a lyricist, even a Television personality. Donning so many hats is a task, which this man has done with much ease. You got it right. We are talking about none other than Farhan Akhtar. The genius celebrates his 42nd birthday today.

Farhan, with his very first directorial venture ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ in 2001, won all our hearts. The same filmmaker who draws a flamboyant story of friendship, makes a thriller like ;Don’ and a moving story like ‘Lakshya’. He turns a singer with ‘Rock On’ and we simply fall in love with his rockstar avatar. Then he pours his entire heart in and writes down the dialogues of ‘Zindegi Na Milegi Dobara’; words that straight hit the chord inside. You catch the same Farhan Akhtar delivering unimaginable brilliant performance in ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. If we were to list the most versatile talents in the industry, Farhan would probably top the list.
