‘Love Hacker’: The wink girl, Priya Prakash Varrier signs her second Bollywood film – deets inside 

The wink girl who became an internet sensation overnight is rising high in her acting career now. Even before the release of her next ‘Sridevi Bungalow’, the 19-year-old actress has already signed her second Bollywood film.

During a recent interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Priya Varrier revealed that she has signed Mayank Prakash Srivastava‘s cybercrime thriller which has been titled as ‘Love Hacker’. Reportedly, the makers have planned to shoot the film in several locations including Lucknow, Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon. The film will go on floors by the end of next month (May).

The young actress told the tabloid, “I play the protagonist, who, with her knowledge, instinct and presence of mind emerges a winner after being trapped in an unfortunate situation. The story is based on real incidents.”

The director of the film has also reacted positively on signing Priya Prakash for ‘Love Hacker‘. He informed the daily, “Online security breaches have made society complex today. The number of social media users in India is staggering, but most of them are not aware of different forms of cyber-crimes. We are exploring that with the film.”

A small town Malayalam girl, who never imagined of becoming an internet sensation overnight, has also spoken about the magic created by her wink. She told the daily, “The wink was just a spontaneous gesture that we had in mind while shooting. Nobody thought it would get worldwide attention in such a short span. It was more of a shock. My family took some time to come to terms with it.”
