‘The Zoya Factor’ Mid-Ticket Review: Dulquer Salmaan and Sonam Kapoor’s film is too unbelievable and unrealistic

Dulquer Salmaan and Sonam Kapoor are here with their first collaboration together, ‘The Zoya Factor’. The film has been creating a lot of buzz all over, and finally, it’s hitting theatres this Friday. I am currently watching ‘The Zoya Factor’ at a special screening of the movie by the makers. Here’s how the first half of the film looks like.

Dulquer Salmaan and Sonam Kapoor’s luck vs hard work film is filled with terrible pj’s and unwanted jokes. Sonam Kapoor tries hard but sadly falls flat with all her jokes and nothing works. The cricket angle too isn’t too believable either. Players do believe in luck, but this is a bit too, what’s the word, over-the-top. Dulquer Salmaan looks handsome and believable, but there’s nothing else in the film to support him. We are definitely not looking forward to the second half.
