This is how Rajkummar Rao is prepping for ‘Mental Hai Kya’!

Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut have already begun shooting for ‘Mental Hai Kya’. Many photos of the duo from the set of the film had surfaced on the internet which looked as quirky as the title.

As per a report in Mid-day, Rajkumar Rao attended a three-week long workshop to prep up for his role. This not all, on the first day of the shoot Kangana and Rajkummar had a separate reading. (Also Read: PICS: Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Mental Hai Kya’ wardrobe is as quirky as the title!)

Talking about how he goes the extra mile for each of his roles, Rao said, “Whenever I get an opportunity, I do my best to undergo extreme transformation — be it going half-bald for Bose: Dead/Alive or losing weight for Trapped (2016). As an actor, I have to do whatever is required for my character. I don’t like compromising when it comes to acting.”

He also got his ears pierced for the film. The actor said, “We tried clip-on earrings, but I wasn’t convinced. I insisted on getting my ears pierced. It helps me connect with the character.”
