THIS is the reason why Ranveer Singh wore a green skirt on Women’s Day

You can expect anything from Ranveer Singh. The actor is no less than a live wire on-screen and in person. He has wooed us with his performance in films like ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ or be it his last release ‘Padmaavt’ and has made us drool over his incredible fashion sense.

Coming back to the topic to expect anything from the actor, Ranveer just like his choice of films has a wacky fashion sense of his own. The actor on occasion has surprised us with his avatar which  made us think of the actor’s sanity. A similar scene was evident last evening when we spotted the ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ actor in a green skirt.

Later on, we got to know that the actor was all decked up to celebrate “International Women’s Day” on the sets of his forthcoming film ‘Gully Boy’. As per the instructions by the captain of the ship, director Zoya Akhtar, everyone on the set was asked to be present on the set of the film in a skirt. And Ranveer being Ranveer who is always in search of such occasions was at his best.

Talking about ‘Gully Boyz’, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt have been paired for the first time on the silver screen and the film is inspired by the rags to riches story of rappers hailing from Dharavi, Mumbai.
