Priyanka Chopra opens up on Deepika Padukone’s Hollywood debut

Bollywood beauties making India proud with their International forays are Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. The two had recently been seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. Contrary to the expectations of many that two actresses cannot be good friends has been proven wrong by these two actresses.

The two have not only bonded well during the shoot of the historical romance, but have been contantly praising each other at every given opportunity. Recently during a media one to one Priyanka Chopra was heard praising Deepika’s Hollywood debut.

She said, “I last spoke to Deepika after I saw Bajirao Mastani. I haven’t had the chance to speak to her again after the news of her Hollywood film but I am very happy for her. She is a great artist and a total movie star. I am sure XXX will be good for her in the same way as it will be good for the movie to have an actor like Deepika.”

Good friend Deepika had a long time back revealed that Priyanka was the first friend she made in Bollywood.

Quite a refreshing change to see the two actresses forging such a strong friendship bond.
