Three Khans won’t mind playing homosexuals on-screen: Karan Johar

Director-Producer Karan Johar was spotted during the trailer launch of Hansal Mehta’s ‘Aligarh’ & the press even managed a little conversation with him. ‘Aligarh’ deals with a gay professor having to face uphill hazards as thrown by the society. On this context, Johar was asked if the leading Khans of Bollywood (Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan & Salman Khan) would agree to play homosexuals on-screen and his response was firm!

An actor’ choice of doing or not doing a film primarily depends on the screen. If they like the script, they’d not deny playing homosexuals on-screen; said Johar.

Previously, he had also spoken about the obstacles he has had to face in his childhood due to being effeminate.
