Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff‘s debut film ‘Heropanti’ gained him much appreciation for his toned body and stunts. The actor known to be a fitness freak follows a tough regimen to maintain the enviable abs. Tiger Shroff is now working hard for his next upcoming film Flying Jat. As he is essaying the role of a superhero in the Remo D’Souza directorial he is not only following a strict diet but also a rigorous workout routine.
Sources said, “Tiger is very particular about his fitness. He is concentrating on his diet, and is following the same regime that some popular Hollywood actors have adopted for their superhero roles. For instance, for The Dark Knight (2008), Christian Bale did a lot of weight training and cardio”.
Nitesh Sharma, Tiger’s nutrition consultant, said, “He is on a rotating carbohydrate diet. He fasts for 12-16 hours every day. His calorie intake is only 1,600 per day. His water intake is also being monitored”.
