‘Baaghi’ director-actor duo Sabbir Khan and Tiger Shroff were recently accused of stealing the script of their upcoming venture ‘Munna Michael’. A filmmaker named Kritik Kumar Pandey complained that the story of the film originally belonged to him. On Monday during the trailer launch of ‘A Flying Jatt’, Tiger broke his silence on the same issue.
“I don’t know the issue. We are here (and) I don’t steal. I am not a thief. I don’t lie, I am not a cheat,” he said.
Kritik had earlier stated that he approached Tiger to play the lead in his film which he planned to name ‘MJ Return’. Tiger apparently insisted him to reveal more detail about the plot and after few days, ‘Munna Michael’ was announced!
In response to the complaint, the duo has decided to file a defamation case against Kritik.
