Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is back in headlines for his remarks on actor Tiger Shroff. It all started with a series of tweets mocking Vidyut Jammwal and Tiger Shroff followed by a telephonic conversation with Vidyut Jammwal who exposed their conversation on Twitter. RGV is heard mocking Tiger and he even called him the “greatest woman” he has ever seen and a “transgender”. (Also Read: PICS: Tiger Shroff enjoys a lunch date with rumoured girlfriend Disha Patani)
But, in spite of his hurtful comments, the coy and innocent Tiger Shroff refrained from speaking ill against him as he said, “Ramu sir is very random sometimes. Vidyut sir and I are martial artistes and the first rule of martial arts is that we don’t use it as an offensive. I wouldn’t want to use martial arts to fight anybody. Ramu sir and Vidyut sir are my seniors and I wouldn’t want to talk against them either.”
Now, his family has opened up on RGV’s insensitive remarks. His actor-father Jackie Shroff who is a part of RGV’s ‘Sarkaar 3’ said to a daily, “What can I say? My son has such an effect on some people that they leave their work to comment on my l’il cub.” His mother Ayesha said, “While the dogs bark, the caravan passes on.” And, finally his sister Krishna had this to say, “I couldn’t be prouder of my brother for already having such a massive effect on people who have been in the game for far longer than he has this early on in his career. He’s killing it.”
Well, RGV has apologised in a series of tweets, but it would be hard to forget his remarks on Tiger Shroff anytime soon.
