Tiger Vs Pathaan: Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan to start shoot from THIS date- Report

The year 2023 marks a big milestone for YRF spy universe. It began with a Shah Rukh Khan storm in the form of Pathaan, and this Diwali, Salman Khan will bring in the fireworks with Tiger 3. After their cameos in each other’s films, the universe gets bigger with them coming together for Tiger Vs Pathaan. And seems like it has gotten all the required go-aheads.

Tiger Vs Pathaan script approved by SRK and Salman

As per a report in Pinkvilla, the script for the SRK and Salman face-off film has been locked after getting approvals from both the actors. A source close to the development revealed, “The script was narrated to SRK and Salman separately in different meetings by Aditya Chopra and it has been an instant thumbs up for both the giants. Tiger vs Pathaan will unleash a different dynamic of two super spies, Tiger and Pathaan, and both Salman and Shah Rukh are excited for a face-off in this Siddharth Anand directorial.”

The film’s shoot schedule

With the film’s script locked, the shoot schedule for it has also been put in place. The source informed, “With things being locked on the paper, the team of Tiger vs Pathaan will start the prep work from November this year, after the release of Tiger 3 in Diwali. It’s going to be a prolonged 5-month prep for the film, before taking it on floors in March 2024.”

YRF spy universe

The YRF spy universe is one of the biggest and most ambitious property in Hindi cinema. It already consists of Salman’s Tiger, Shah Rukh’s Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir. Until now, four films have been released from the universe- Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War and Pathaan. The next film in the series is Tiger 3 that releases this Diwali, marking Salman and Katrina Kaif’s return. Post that, there are a few rumoured projects in the universe. First is Tiger Vs Pathaan, and then War 2 with Hrithik, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. There is also a rumoured project with a female spy in the pipeline, allegedly starring Alia Bhatt.

As for SRK, the actor is having a fantastic year. First Pathaan broke all box office records, and now Jawan is rewriting all of them. He will also close the year with Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, releasing on Christmas 2023. Salman, on the other hand, has Tiger 3, which will be followed by many unannounced projects for now. It includes a film with Sooraj Barjatya too.
