As Tokyo Olympics 2020 kickstarted last night, it has been all over the social media. And one can’t help but feel proud and excited for the Indian contingent participating and representing the nation on an international platform. The opening ceremony of Tokyo Olympics 2020 took place in Japan last night and several Bollywood celebs extended good wishes and cheered for the Indian athletes. Abhishek Bachchan , Aditi Rao Hydari, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Dia Mirza and several other celebs took to their social media handles to extend their support for the Indian contingent.

Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka kickstarted the ceremony by lighting the Olympic cauldron. From India a total of 127 athletes across 18 sports disciplines are participating in this year’s Olympics.
