Triptii Dimri has become the new national crush after her beautiful appearance in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. The actress has left a lasting impact even with a small role. The label ‘Bhaabhi 2’ and her intimate scene with Ranbir in the film have created quite a stir everywhere. And recently, the actress revealed how her parents reacted to the latter.

Triptii as Zoya in Animal is shown to have a passionate affair with Ranbir’s Rannvijay. There are quite some intimate scenes between the two as a part of that love story. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Triptii revealed how her parents reacted on seeing that scene.

She shared, “They were like, ‘You shouldn’t have done that but it’s okay. As parents, we will obviously feel this.’ And I told them I am not doing anything wrong. It’s my job and as long as I am comfortable and safe, I don’t see any problem in that.” The actress added that her parents were a bit surprised and it took them a while to move past that.

Animal released on December 1 in theatres and created a storm. The film stars Ranbir and Triptii alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. It is creating box office records everyday and by Day 9, Animal has crossed Rs 660 crores at the worldwide box office.

As for Triptii, the actress has created quite a lasting impression with her stint in Animal. She also has some other amazing projects like Laila Majnu, Bulbbul and Qala to her name. Up next, the actress has a film with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. The Dharma Productions’s film will have a release next year. She also had Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video with RajKummar Rao. The film is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa.
