Twinkle is extremely close to her kids and often takes to social media to share family pictures. She is very protective of her family members.

Twinkle Khanna, despite being married to Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, has her own independent image. The ‘Mela’ actress is an acclaimed writer, feminist and has very strong views regarding issues concerning society.

In the wake of #MeToo movement in India, Twinkle took a very strong stand against ‘Housefull 4’ director Sajid Khan, who was accused by women of sexually harassing them. As a result, Sajid had to step down from the project.
