Omung Kumar who received much praise on his biopic for a boxing legend Mary Kom, is back with another. This time around he is all set to showcase the journey of Sarbjit Singh a farmer from Punjab who had accidentally crossed the LOC and then was jailed in Pakistan for years.

Omung Kumar had zeroed upon Randeep Hooda to play Sarbjit in his upcoming biopic and Aishwarya Rai to play the fiery sister fighting for the release of her brother from the Pakistani jail. A picture of the beauty had made it’s way to social network wherein she was seen in a very subdued and no-makeup look.

Now a picture showcasing Randeep Hooda’s shocking transformation for the movie has been released by the makers of the film. The actor is looking all skin and bones with sores on his body and filthy hair. He has lost almost 18 kgs in a span of 28 days through a starvation diet.

Randeep, who was last seen in ‘Main Aur Charles’, is seen in a completely different avatar that adds authenticity to his character in the upcoming biopic.
