Urmila Matondkar’s Instagram account restored; says, “Few of my posts are missing”

Recently, Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar’s Instagram account was hacked. On Monday, the Cyber Cell of the Mumbai Police registered an FIR. The account is restored now. Taking to her Instagram handle, Urmila thanked Mumbai Police and Instagram for restoring her account. Some of her old posts are still missing.

Posting a picture of herself, Urmila wrote, “And I’m back again ?❤️Thank you @instagram and @mumbaipolice for all your cooperation in retrieving my account even though few of my posts are missing ?Lots of love to all my #instafamily”.

Earlier, she further urged women not to take cyber crimes lightly. She wrote, “Cyber crimes’ is not something that women should take lightly… As I went to file FIR on my @instagram ac hacking met this dynamic DCP #cybercrime @MumbaiPolice Smt. Rashmi Karandikar who enlightened me lot more on the issue. Will surely be working on it in future. @MahaCyber1.”
