After 5 months, Urvashi Rautela has THIS to say on the controversial video with Boney Kapoor

Remember the video of Boney Kapoor and Urvashi Rautela that went viral on social media? It was a video from Jayantilal Gada’s son’s wedding. Boney was mercilessly trolled for getting too close to the actress and touching her inappropriately. In the video, Mr. Kapoor was seen tapping Urvashi at her backside. Back then, Urvashi came in support of the filmmaker and also slammed those who trolled Boney Kapoor. Now after five months, Urvashi has opened up about what actually happened that created a huge uproar among the netizens.

Now in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Urvashi said it was blown out of proportion. “Everywhere, the video went viral overnight. But there was nothing like that. I was supposed to work on a film which he is doing with superstar Ajith. It was a Tamil film which I couldn’t do because of my movie dates. So I knew him already. But because I couldn’t do a movie with him, that doesn’t mean I don’t have a relationship with him,” said Urvashi.

Urvashi called it a “great gesture” by Boney Kapoor. “I was entering the party, he was also there and the person who was getting married was also there. So we were just clicking picture. And I don’t know if the photography or the angle, the way they captured, it was so weird. So then it went to become such a big thing. My phone was ringing non-stop for 7 days,” added the actress.

Urvashi also said that after the incident she spoke to Boney Kapoor but he didn’t say anything. Urvashi is sure that it was awkward for him.
