Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif team up for the first time for the biggest dance film. Deets Inside

The year 2018 will see many unusual pairings in Bollywood on the silver screen as we will see Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’, Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh in ‘Arjun Patiala’, Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt in ‘Raazi’. and so on. And looks like we will see one more unusual pairing in 2019 and it’s going to be Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif. The actor took to his Instagram page and broke the news about the film. Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif are all set to share the screen space for the first time and the two will be seen in a dance film. The film will be directed by Remo D’Souza who earlier directed Varun Dhawan in the 2015 release ‘ABCD 2’. The film apart from Varun and Katrina in the lead also stars actor-choreographer-director Prabhudheva besides Dharmesh Yelande, Raghav Juyal and Punit Pathak who were seen in ‘ABCD 2’. The film is expected to go on the floors this year and will release on November 8, 2019.

Talking about the film, this is what Varun had to say, “Working with Remo again for India’s biggest dance film is huge. I performed once in New York with Katrina and it was electric. She’s gonna bring her A game so I need to get back into shape. Bhushan is not only a strong producer who has over a period of time built a great marketing and distribution machinery, he also contributes a lot creatively specially in music department.”

Also, Katrina is excited to be a part of the film and this is what Katrina Kaif has to say on her association with the film, “Working with Remo again for India’s biggest dance film is huge.
