Varun Dhawan is currently busy promoting his upcoming film, Bawaal. The actor will be seen sharing screen space with Janhvi Kapoor in the same. Bawaal marks Varun and Janhvi’s first project together. Fans are beyond excited for Bawaal. Ahead of Bawaal’s release, Varun Dhawan spilled the beans on his rumoured cameos. For the uninitiated, Varun is said to have a cameo in Stree 2 and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Varun Dhawan spills the beans on his cameos

During an interview with Variety, Varun was asked about his rumoured cameos and he said, “Both filmmakers (Amar Kaushik and Karan Johar) are very dear to me, so you’ll you have to watch out for them.” Given Varun’s answer, looks like he has a special appearance in both the movies.

For the unversed, Ananya Panday has a special cameo in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Earlier, during a Q&A session on Instagram, Karan was asked if Shah Rukh Khan would be seen in Alia and Ranveer starrer RARKPK. The director said, “No, he is not (in the film) but his love and blessings are always with me. He is family to me and he was the first person to put out the first unit of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.” Adding to that, KJo revealed that there are three surprise cameos in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani but he did not reveal their names.

Talking about Stree 2, RajKummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor are currently shooting for the upcoming film. On the other hand, Varun was earlier seen in Amar Kaushik’s Bhediya which released last year.

Talking about Varun’s upcoming release, Bawaal is directed by Nitesh Tiwari. It will be released on Amazon Prime Video on July 21.

Post Bawaal’s release, Varun will be seen in Russo Brothers’ Citadel India with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Apart from that, he also has an untitled project with Atlee.
