Elated father Varun Dhawan distributes sweets to paps after the arrival of baby girl

Varun Dhawan is over the moon as he became a proud father to a baby girl on 3rd June. The news was confirmed by his dad David Dhawan last night when he was spotted at the hospital. Not only this, Varun even shared an adorable video announcing the child’s arrival and requesting media for privacy. In a recent video, Varun Dhawan and his family distributed sweets to the paparazzi and shares joy of arrival of baby girl.

The Dhawans and Dalals spread their happiness on the arrival of the baby girl with the media. The family distributed sweets among the paps waiting to capture the arrival of guest and well-wishers.  It’s unclear if the pedas were distributed outside the hospital or the actor’s residence. Varun Dhawan announces arrival of his baby girl

Earlier today, the Bawaal actor took to his Instagram and shared a heartfelt video announcing the arrival of his and Natasha Dalal’s baby girl. The actor captioned the video – featuring an illustration of his pet dog Joey with a placard reading ‘Welcome Lil sis,’ “Our baby girl is here Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby.” The video included a note addressed to the paps reading, “We are overjoyed with this new blessing in our lives. During this special time, we request the media to give us our privacy. Thank you for your support and understanding.”

Varun Dhawan’s upcoming movies

On the work front, the actor will next be seen in Citadel Indian version alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He will also be seen reuniting with Bawaal co-star Janhvi Kapoor for Kaan Johar’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Varun is also gearing up for Baby John aka VD 18 which is bankrolled by Jawan director Atlee.
